[Q] Security while travelling

So I'm going for 2 wks to S America and pretty sure I'll take the Captivate...if I do I think I would want some way to lock it or wipe it if I lose it or if it's ripped. Anybody with any good suggestions? Thanks...

Lookout I think or a program like that where you can send it a text and it factory resets

Lookout has a bunch of stuff such as antivirus, malware that I don't need or interested in. I'm just looking for something to lock down or wipe my device if it's gone. When I was using Nokia..symbian has a few good, specific apps for that. Is there anything for android? A quick search on appbrain shows nothing unfortunately imo
