BACKGROUND: HTC Sensation 4G with Jelly bean 4.1.1. configured for Internet Calling (SIP - antiSIP.com) with Google Voice using the native phone dialer.

Utilizing Google Voice "Always Ask When Dialing" I select "Call Using Google Voice" and WiFi Signal is MAX.

1) If the cells native 4/3G has a signal, I can make the call over WiFi.

2) If the cells native 4/3G DOES NOT have a signal, the process is cutoff buy the native dialer message "MOBILE NETWORK NOT FOUND"

The whole point is to make call over WiFi when there is no cell signal. Because there is no cell signal, the dialer cuts off the WiFi call with the message.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
