[Q] Serendipity Battery Mod Question

As many of you may know, Serendipity 5.0 just came out. I may be one of the few who are currently on 4.3 and doesn't feel like updating. But I did notice that on the ROM's website that a couple battery mods are available. Are these mods only available for 5.0 or will they work with 4.3?

Heh. I might as well update. But is it recommended for me to use ODIN before I flash? I feel like backing up everything on my SD card would be too much of a hassle.

I guess the better question to ask is that is it recommended to flash back to stock before going to 5.0? Or going from 4.3 to 5.0 not a good idea of the FC problems?

I'm using one of the older battery mods that was made for serendipity 4.3 - I think the version number of the mod was 0.5 IIRC. It works fine (for me) on 4.3, because it was made for it. You can probably find it somewhere in the 500 page thread.

I too will probably wait until 5.2 or so to update. So far, I'm getting everything I want from my phone - no reason to experiment and put that at risk

As of now all the battery mods were updated by Chance.
