[Q] Shield 32gb only showing 11gb after factory image

I did a factory image reset of my Shield Tablet 32gb. Now I only have 11gb reported.
From reading the Nexus 32gb issues. It is with the userdata.img that all the factory images are for the 16gb model. I tried to delete userdata.img with fastboot -w and reload it userdata.img but I still only get 11GB of space instead of like 26gb or so.

Any thoughts on what I can do or where a 32gb userdata.img file is that I can try. Unless there is a factory image for 32gb on Nvidia's site that I have overlooked.

Things I have tried;
using erase command to remove all partitions and reload from factory image update v1.2.1
using the flash-all.bat file

I think I fixed the issue, for anyone else.

I did another erase all the partitions and then when i reloaded from image 1.2.1 I skipped the userdata.img. I have no idea if this will impact the use of the tablet or not but it is now showing 26gb available. So I am happy about that.

I will now go back to reinstalling apps and making sure it's rooted again and update to lollipop.
