[Q] Sim applications not available

I just started using my new Asus Zenfone 2, but can't seem to find the custom SIM application that my carrier uses, and usually appear in the application grid. It appeared in every android phone I've ever used, but it's the first time it doesn't appear (it happened with some custom roms but was a know bug).

The SIM application is the only way to measure "officially" my data consumption.

Have you tried searching for this SIM application and downloading from Google Play? Data consumption can be measured in Apps/Settings/Data usage.
