[Q] SIM cant be read?!?!?!?!?!??!

Hello.
my phone gives the message:"The application SEMCChecking(process com.sonyericsson.semcchecking) has stopped unexpectedly. please try again."

I have done a couple of resets, but nothing is happening!
as soon as the phone starts and i have the possibility to chose language this comes up and i have no idea on how to fix this?!

I do not know how to do this! i dare not to, afraid of screwing up the phone..
