OK, noob question 
Flashing Slim rom, upgrading from an ICS rom (AOKP b37 I believe)
Followed instructions for coming from ICS, etc. wiped data, formatted system, flashed Slim -on the Semaphore logo screen for about 15 minutes now, wondering if that's typical, maybe it needs a while as I'm coming from ICS?

Edit: almost 30 min now on Semaphore screen -do I try to get into recovery and flash again? thanks
Edit: just did 3 button combo, got the AT&T screen for a moment, then back to Semaphore screen
guess I just needed to wipe more, in setup now
