[Q] Slow Sync?

I just flashed a new rom, and right before I flashed it I partitioned the SDcard to an EXT3 format because the new rom supported A2SD+. I am now noticing a very slow sync speed when transferring files from PC to SDCard (Fat32).

My Setup:
-ROM: Miui stock latest (I know this is not the problem.)
-SDCARD: 8GB class 4 (4gig data transfer a second)
-PARTITION: 512mb EXT3 with 32mb SWAP.

I just noticed this problem after I formatted the new partition and installed new rom with clean wipe. Any help, thanks so much. A 2.5gig music folder transfer is going to take me 3 hours....

Transfer speeds on my computer say it maxes out to 512 kbps.... Odd...

bump again. I also hear that it may be the new release of kernels causing this? x.37.x? Is this possible or anyone else have lag issues?

Try booting into recovery and then hooking up your SD...

Btw - looking forward to hearing more on the 4 gig per second transfers... xD

Highly doubt it. I hear this problem has something to do with the latest version of kernels. I'm just going to use a wifi FTP for now, more convenient anyways

Recovery speeds vary about the same, also.

If anyone with REAL knowledge could get back at me if any light has been shed, it would be much appreciated. Thanks!
