[Q] snote unfortunately stops

Please help my note 12.2 pro lte version snote unfortunately stops after using it for about a minute or slightly more I tried clearing cache from app manager and using power off method and I saw on other fourms and posts that some people tried hard reset but didn't work so what can I do?

clear the data of the app... if that doest work than hard reset... and if that wont work also than you must reflash it with odin...

Out of curiosity do you have any other galaxy devices and are syncing s - notes across them?
