[Q] some problem

hi
I install xperia t rom v6 with lookscreen(17MB) and Setting Xperia T 2012 + Location based WiFi

but i have not found small app !?
And I have not advanced settiing(screen shot)

I can not find location based wifi?

how i can fix them!?

No,My purpose is I have not None small app and advanced setting
