[Q] Some questions about Dell Streak 7

Hi,

I'm thinking about getting the Dell Streak 7 from eBay. I have some questions I would like to get answered before getting one.

1) If I get a locked device (T-Mobile) is it possible to unlock it?

2) If there is Android 2.2, is it possible to upgrade it to 3.2?

3) Since I'm a power user, I'm also interested in rooting the device and using unofficial ROMs. Is it possible? Are there any good unofficial ROMs?

1. If you don't want locked device buy already unlocked or wifi (logic)
2. yes. you will be able to do so.
3 it's possible to root, there is only one custom HC ROM by DJ_steeve who left this community for some reasons.
