[Q] Sony smartwatch Arduino toolchain bluetooth

Is there a possiblity to add bluetooth support to the arduino Toolchain for the sony smartwatch ?

The Bluetoothchip is based on ST-Ericsson STLC2690 and is connected to SPI port 3.
I have looked into the code and found some spi files. Is it possible to add an "Serial-bluetooth-port" ?
