I sent in my Xperia S for a repair to SBE UK Ltd. I wanted to ask if anyone has any experience with them? I received an email this morning that they have dispatched a like for like exchange handset. I asked Sony if these handsets are refurbished or what? They told me that these handsets are new but not sold but they can't exactly call the handsets new. Has anyone received an exchange unit?
