[Q] Still stuck on 2.1 update

Hi guys, need some help, my wife's Droid doesn't allow me to update to 2.2, it keeps saying aborted.

1-Phone not rooted
2-Phone won't even flash Clockworkmod Recovery
3-used the official OTA

I need some help since some of the apps are updated to 2.2 the phone won't update them, thanks in advance.

I'll even take a method to root+2.2 together if there's one, thanks again.

You really should search before asking stuff like this.
Well, no 2.2 is not possible in xt720 yet. The kernel can be flashed. JIT and APPS2SD work too! even theming is possible.
