[Q] stock JB 4.2.2 BUILD date jan 2014 include some new features???

There are two new updates on sammobile/Samsung-updates for version jb 4.1.2 and 4.2.2 dor galaxy tab 2 p3100

The built date is about jan 2014, is it means that it include some new features respective of aug 2013 build date???
