[Q] Stock unrooted VZW Note 3.

I was on an NC4 rooted ROM. I got the stock unrooted NC4 firmware from Beans' post on XDA. I used ODIN and followed the directions to a T making sure not to check repartition or reset NAND. The phone boots, but I keep getting FC on process phone.android and can't go past the lock screen. There is something I have missed somewhere in the process and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about where I may have gone wrong? Please help, I sold this phone on eBay and the person requested that I unroot the device before shipping it to them!

did you try to enter stock recovery and factory reset it?
