Since it has no speaker (correct me if I'm wrong) the only noise could come from your charger.
First, let others test if they hear the strange sound, too, maybe you heard it once and made it up then (no offense:) )
Do a factory reset (I don't think I changes something, but to be sure)
If it keeps happening, consider returning it for warranty.

Returning it to warranty is not possible. Right now I'm able to hear that sound(it comes from the bottom-right side of the watch). And factory reset didn't help.

Update: Looks like sound comes only when watch is "sleeping"

The only moving part is the vibration motor, something must be wrong / damaged if it's going off for no reason.

Some part of the power system (the watch needs to convert voltage from the battery to several different levels for the electronics & display) oscillates at frequency that is inside of the frequency range humans can hear. I don't know very much about electronics (as you can clearly tell by my explanation), but I'm pretty sure it is "expected" - that's just how it works. Many electronic devices that need to convert voltage levels do the same thing - try to put your ear close to your phone charger, for example.

Sizzling sound when awake

Hi, I have a GWR that recently came back from the LG service center because of display problems: image would continually move and sometimes
had white noise. They changed the motherboard (proven by the new Serial Number ) and it seems like working fine.
But when I put it close to my ear I started hearing a faint sizzling/buzzing sound inside it.
After playing around a little I discovered that I can only hear it when the screen in on (but not when booting up), and only when I use a watch face which displays some data not just the time. Sometimes it seems to be louder when it's connecting to the phone after it's been disconnected.
I think the sound is heard only when the watch is actively using the bluetooth connection, it's the only case that fits.
What should I do, the watch works fine, but what can this sound be ? Could it be dangerous, maybe battery related, can it explode ?
Thanks for any suggestions.

sometimes electronic devices with no moving parts generate hisses. (something like sound effect used in movies for showing electric current). i guess it's not important. you can definitely hear it on your charger too.
