Press and hold both the power and home button to turn it off. Then reboot if the same happens again turn it off and reboot into recovery and restore a back up.
Download again and trying re-flashing . I assume you have already done the acmeinstaller 3 with your earlier build.

It worked! Thanks, appreciate it. I wasn't holding down the power and home button long enough. doh! Plus, apparently, I was only on CM9 (just recently got the TP off Craigslist and have only used it sporadically, paying more attention right now to my shiny new Nexus 4). :)

You're welcome , if you want to install jcsullins CM10 you will need to upgrade to acmeinstaller 3 this is a good guide http://rootzwiki.com/topic/31548-ho...16-with-sound-camera-microphone-updated-1513/ . Otherwise you can still try CM10 but use Oat's slimmed down rom and gapps here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2062953 the links are in the first post also see this post to add camera /gallery and themes http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=36063602&postcount=118 .
Probably best to get used to the tablet first and don't forget to make a backup with your recovery before making any changes.
Have fun.
