[Q]Stuck on fastboot loop

Hi: in this moment i unlocked the bootloader with the Motorola Site.

No Problem.

But i tried to flash the CFC_signed_customer_8.7.1I-110_IFW-DE-32_RTEU ICS Rom.
Im stuck on the Erasing userdata step like 1 hour ago and dont pass.

I had ICS before flash the phone.

What can i do ?

Now im stuck on a fastboot loop.

Can some one recomend me a version of a homemade fastboot for my razr??

I just want ICS or JB with root that is all.
My phone is original from Chile (Latinoamerica).
