[Q] Stuck on Motorola logo, no rom installed, PC won't read SD cards

I had Omnirom in my xoom but it had several performance issues. I tried to go bakc to stock but I'm stuck on the logo. I only have a 120mb SD card that works right now, my other 2gb isn't readable. I could get my hands on another one but that can take several days.

I have TWRP and 120 mb worth of possible solutions, Any ideas?
