They branded it as octa but they never said all 8 cores would work at the same time if the user wants it to. Octa = 8. I don't see the problem there. This has been discussed multiple times already.

Yes this has been addressed. Read up. Oh and for the record. Its not as great as it's advertised. The phone isn't nearly as flawless as it looks.
