I followed the method from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1771069 to obatain SuperCid, but it did not work. i followed the instructions exactly. What are some reason it would not work? i need this to get s-off.

That was the first thread i looked at, and the instructions to SuperCid is very not very descriptive. Just being careful not to brick.
SuperCID for HTC Evo 4G LTE:

so these are the ONLY steps required to enter in the cmd prompt? the procedure below is waaaaaaaaay shorter than the original method.

The facepalm method for supercid is not working with my device. i follow the simple steps, when i got into the bootlaoder to chech and see if i have repeated "2", they are not there. is it because im am on software 3.16.651.3?
