i tried to downgrade from OE1 to kitkat hopely can root,
but right know my s5 only seen in download mode try to flash rom via odin always FAIL <AUTH>

please kindly help me

You can't downgrade from OE1 or OG5. Sorry. Verizon locked them down with OE1.

You can, but OG5 is an upgrade from OE1 so you still would not be able to root.
