[Q] T-Mobile USA now offers all-black Defy. What's the software version?

Does anyone know if it comes with Android 2.2 out of the box? And if yes, what build number?

Personally, I wish they offered it with an yellow trim, like many power tools. It would drive the RUGGED message home..
