I downloaded a bunch of ICS ROMs to flash sometime ago and whenever i test out the faceunlock, there is 2-3 seconds before the front camera starts running. I know it's still beta and blah blah blah, but its not like that on my friend's sensation. She unlocks it, the front camera starts and the phone is unlocked in the same amount of time it would take to swipe it unlock.
I have the new firmware and stuff. Currently using Android Revolution ROM and everything is fantastic except for the faceunlock.
Anyone know a fix?
