[Q] Themes not getting downloaded in Yu Yureka - Always Queued

Hi,
I tried the following to download themes in Yu Yureka.
1. Home Screen > Themes > Opened free themes (Flis etc.) > clicked on Free.
2. Settings > Themes > Shop Themes > Tired to download themes.

In both the ways, the theme is always getting Queued only. Even i waited for hours, it is not at all getting downloaded.

Please let me know how to fix this.

Try long pressing on the notification
App info

Force stop
Clear cache
Reboot
Retry download

Which internet are you using?
Wifi/Mobile?

If wifi, what is your plan speed?

If Mobile, 2g/3g?
