[Q] total noob

I am totally new to this, I had a guy root and install honeycomb on my streak 7, I hate it and just want to go back to a stock rom. I have looked all over the forums about NVFlash and stuff but I can not get it to work for me, I must be doing it wrong, so I was wondering if anyone has a link to a youtube vid for flashing the Dell Streak 7, I looked but didnt find anything helpful. Any help would be awsome because I am ready to throw this thing through the wall, nothing but errors lol.
