my x1 tf3d home screen shortcut is camera...this camera shortcut not work to my x1...it's posible to work this camera shortcut??? if imposible, how to change my home screen shortcut from camera to programs like picture as i attach...

you should be able to use that. otherwise, if u have flashed a custom ROM, most chefs would include some sort of advanced configurator for your Manila. you should be able to remap the keys of your choice to a shortcut of your choice.
