[Q] Transfer everything from one Xperia Z to another?

Hi, I have two Sony Xperia Z, both C6603, and I want to transfer everything, including contacts, apps, settings, etc. from one to another. (Reason is below)
Is there any "simple" way to do that?

Reason:
I want to give the working one to my parents, since the other one has a defective power button (see this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z/help/hyper-sensitive-power-lock-button-t3066524), but all my stuff is on the former one.
