[Q] Turning off randomly

Hi all,
in the last two days, my G Watch R is turning off randomly.
Sometimes I look at it, and it is off.
I must hold the button to turn it on again.
Does anyone know how to fix it?
Have I to bring it to service?
My software version is 4.4w.2 build knx01r

Look at the battery gauge, it seem the only reason for watch turn off and stay off.

Battery is not empty, today i saw a lot of random turning off.

Factory reset of the watch and use without install any apps (uninstall watch apps/watchface from phone before).

It reset again -> RMA

I have same random power off issues.

This fixed my problem for Note 3 only.
He updated the bluetooth drivers in his kernel.
Watch never disconnecting now.
