Im Press on Boot the Volume UP Key. The Led Turn Blue, Orange and boot Android?

Im have reflash TWRP with fasstboo nothing help?

Go into recovery with fastboot TWRP will work?

The correct sequence is:
Press and hold down the power button
when the light become yellow
Press the volume down button
