i've htc tattoo with the original rom i got with my phone. i've rooted it.and i wish to install a custom rom. i wanted to backup my current rom before i flash to custom rom. so i installed ROM MANAGER v3.0.0.7 and FLASH ClockworkMod Recovery 3.0.0.6 [ which is latest at this moment ] .. however when i try to backup current rom i see a triangle with exclamation mark instead of the android logo .. and when i press HOME + CALL END button .. i get an error written in yellow "E: Can't open /cache/recovery/command" and the only options available on that screen are
1.reboot system now
2.apply sdcard update.zip
3.wipe data factory reset
4.wipe cache partition.

I wish to flash custom rom but since i am unable to backup my current rom im not able to go ahead in the process. plz help me out . Thanx in advance

Do you mean to say this is an application which roots the phone directly without me having to do anything ??? cz if so, i m a bit skeptical coz i have read things can go wrong in such cases.
