[Q] Unable to write to sd card | unmounting and then remountig sd card fixes prblm

Environment:

I am on CM 11
And have class 10 sd card with ext4 partition and int2ext script

Problem:

Quite frequently following problem happens:

Suddenly I am unable to "write" anything to sd card, however I can "read" it.
For example, pics won't download. File can not be downloaded. I can not copy paste files. However I can view them. I can view pic in gallery.

Solution:
The only fix that I found is to connect mobile to pc using usb cable, mount it. and then safely remove phone. This fixes the problem everytime.

But this is getting annoying, because this problems happens quite frequently and not everytime do I have a pc or usb cable around.

Can anyone tell me, Why is this happening? and whats the permanent fix for this?

Fix Read -write issue of sdcard

Use this file 40int2ext, I have used the this file and it's working now permanently.

Extract this zipfile, and place into /system/etc/init.d

If require check all permissiions.
