[Q] Unlock bootloader on softbrick Sensation XE

Hi, I am going to buy a softbricked Sensation XE.
The phone has been never modified, so still S-On and bootloader not unlocked.
The phone is in bootloop due to a failed installation of OTA (Sensation turned off during installation).
The fastboot/bootloader menu is still accessible (Vol down + power).
I'm searching through many threads for a guide to unlock bootloader, but all of them requires debug usb enabled: I cannot access that option, because as I said the telephone is in bootloop.
So the question is, is there a way to:
1) Unlock the bootloader, S-Off and install recovery without usb debug, or
2) Install a RUU, or
3) Do a factory restore,or
4) Any other solution?

Note that i cannot provide more informations right now as im going to buy XE and don't have it yet..

for S-OFF or unlocking the bootloader you need usb debugging mode
so you have 2 options left
factory reset and use a ruu.exe

i would sugget to use a ruu.exe
