Hello, i bought a wt19a some time ago, love the phone and all, but it has locked bootloader. When i dial the 7378423, it says bootloader unlock allowed: No, so i don't know, how to unlock it? The safest and easiest way, please. Thanks for all the help

I'm guessing your phone is network locked. U need to network unlock it first to change the unlock allowed status to yes. Sadly no known free method available.
Anyway wotanserver is good service to do the network unlock, and pretty cheap too.

If the phone gets network unlocked then can we unlock the bootloader?

I've always thought that when a phone says bootloader unlock allowed:no then there is no way that the phone's bootloader can be unlocked even though we get freed from carrier unlock. Like the phone will be bootloader locked for life.

Please clarify my doubt

Well, i read you can still unlock it if its allowed:no, but i want the best guide for it, not to mention the safest. I also read you can hard brick the phone, so i wanna be sure about it

Search on google for the site and ask their support team to clarify your doubts. Because its a paid service (and popular too) i assume their support should be good.

If your phone was manufactured on and after 12W11 (I have seen several references wich indicates that supported until the model 12W14) can't do the unlock the bootloader by-test-point method. You have to ask to your network provider. If your model can unlock the bootloader you can use the wotanserver or FastGSM services which costs 9.99 €.

I've use wontanserver to unlock my bootloader and network provider. Whith these method you don´t lose DRM Keys

Ps: Sorry my terrible english :p

It's fine, i talked to my provider yesterday, they can do the network unlock (to put other SIMs) but it'll cost me a lot (600$ my monetary unit), otherwise i need to keep the phone for 18 months for it to be free...
