[Q] unlock codes (cellunlock.net seems best bet)

unlockitnow.com just answered my email saying that they are selling the unlock codes right now. don't know if they are trustworthy

They are not reliable at all.
They can tell you over live chat that they have the code, have you pay and then drag it until they finally reply they don't have the code as the phone is too new.
They have done it with the Galaxy S i9000M (Bell canada version), i don't see how they can have the codes for the Atrix when the phone is not even out yet.

im interested too i want a unlock code a reliable one, so i can buy and use it in Mexico with MEXICO SIM, no at&t
will be nice if someone share the site i dont want for free (will be ideal ) perhaps i can pay for my unlock code working so i will be following this

not sure seems pretty cheap perhaps search in google scam mobilecityonline.com
and there is a lot of complains :S
edited:seems few complains more than scam perhaps the phone are only for us and canada = X

Dude just go to gsmhosting forums for a good unlocking site. I got it to work with simple mobile in like 10 minutes. I just got the atrix for 499 off contract and didnt preorder. I hate att alot.

Where did you get it for 499$ off contact? I thought you could only get it 599$ off contract from amazon?

You can get for 499 directly at att store. Just walk in. They said it on their site that is only available off contract at their store

So, just to make it clear, are you saying that you have unlocked your Atrix using simple mobile (a website?)? Do you have a link/cost? Yes I can google it, but would like to know for sure exactly where you got it, if that is what you are saying.

It is not immediately that u will get it. If they feel like ur been a cheap and dont want to buy the code. You will not get it, but they can tell you what site to get it. Sometime they are nice and give it to you for free.

It is not immediately that u will get it. If they feel like ur been a cheap and dont want to buy the code. You will not get it, but they can tell you what site to get it. Sometime they are nice and give it to you for free.

so if i friend send me one for at&t and i get the unlock code i can use it in my country?? and there is always unlock codes for the phones?what happen if i dont find a unlocked code???
i will have the cellphone forever???
a friend told me in the law (not sure though) after 3 months the carrier have to give you the unlock code, its that true??? thanks

would you mind posting a screenshot of your unlocked phone? there are lots of people in our situation, we are overseas and want to buy the phone, and want to make sure we don't get scammed buying codes.

After 3 months of using the phone in their network, so this doesn't apply to you and me. We either get an unlocked phone or buy a code online. I am fairly sure we will find it.
