(Q)Unlocked boot loader for all versions?

I was looking for more info on asus's website and found this http://myzen.asus.com/2015/10/13/official-bootloader-unlock-for-zenfone-2-is-now-available/

Anyone know if this works for all versions?

That is designed for the Intel-based ZenFone 2, not the Laser so no that will not work.
