I'm using Xperia mini st15i ics, stock, .587, LOCKED BOOTLOADER, rooted and cwm installed phone and I have some apps on my system/app folder like walkman, small apps etc.. So if I repair my phone using PC Companion it will make my phone brick? Or it will unroot the phone and I will have few internal memory? Or does a repair using pcc will make it like a fresh phone?

SORRY MINE IS LOCKED BOOTLOADER [CORRECTED IN OP] Sorry @arvarobert

As you said ,repairing phone will make your phone like "brand new".

On Locked Bootloader , latest stock firmware will be flashed .

On Unlocked Bootloader, nothing will happen.
PC companion will download firmware and then throw error saying "Phone is unlocked" or something and will quit.

In both cases phone "wont" be bricked.
