I recently got my Zenwatch and wanted to ask how long does Asus need to "finish" new updates.
I just have experience with phones and as all of you know there it takes quite a while...

I thought Google pushes updates to Wear devices, not the manufacturer. Does anybody know for sure?

That's correct. Google pushes the updates, not the device manufacturer. Google doesn't allow the manufacturers to put custom skins or other design elements on Android Wear devices, so Google can update them directly.
