[Q] US Tmobile wifi calling missing from Revolution HD 4.1.0

Hi,
just flashed to Revolution HD 4.1.0 and noticed that I am missing the US Tmobile wifi calling and texting feature. I really need this as where I live does not have reliable Tmobile coverage. Please help.
