[Q] used cm installer...have a few questions that need answering

I ran cyanogen mod installer and was successful but I have a few questions. How do I get s-off and also if I choose to go back to stock how do I do so. I did not back up the original stock software and I did do the ota update before running cm installer. Any help would be appreciated.
