I saw this guide but it is for Galaxy Ace 2.. is it okay to do same steps on Galaxy S3 ??

And I would I like to know if u can suggest me any scripts or tweaks for better RAM management if u tried any.

steps are same in every device..

i cant suggest you the best scripts but you can check my signature to see a list of tweaks..
