So I got my first Verizon Bill, see attached.

What the hell is .25 per minute under the Mobile Broadband?

Is this in addition to the $20 for the first Gig? Any insight would be appreciated.

It's prob because in there system you cant have a just data account so you have and account with 1GB of data and 0 minutes and your overage for data is $20 per GB and your overage for minutes is $0.25. You don't need to worry because the Xoom is not capable of making or receiving phone calls that effect minutes. This might change as the developers from xda start doing their magic.
