is there any ROM for Sensation XE can do Video call?

is there any ROM for Sensation XE can do Video call?

Every ROM can do a Video Call, but Only from 3rd Party apps like (lSkype, Tango etc.

But Video Call through Carrier Network is Not possible in any ROM(as far as I know)
