[Q] video camera a120 fps problem

hi i bought one micromax a120 colours2 i am seeing that when video recording indoor it gives 16fps video with 9mbps bitrate
in medium light it is 25fps and bitrate 15mbps
and outdoor 30fps and bitrate 25mbps
i want to fix fps to 30
