Hello All,
Firrst I would like you to know that I've read and searched almost all thr threads that might be related but no go. Is there anyone , who got rid off this headphone crash effect issue by any method ? frtesh wipe, etc...

I actually experienced this the first time I flashed the Rom. I tinkered with it a bit then I played with venom sound enhancer. I forgot about it and the next time I inserted a headset it reboots (or shows the boot screen) I just reflashed my backup (I always make a fresh back up of the Rom I flash) and I never opened the sound enhancer ever. So far no problems.

Now I can't use headphones

I hope there will be a fix soon or I have to go back to revelation.

if you are using viperS 5.0.0 rom then flash the rom with full wipe
and don't install any music apps such as poweramp or don't change any settings in sound enhancer
for now this only the workaround

Ok, I reflashed the rom and I never will touch the Sound Enhancer (i think I used it once)
The headphones work again.:angel:

I am using ViperS 5.0 and no issues till i got this problem.To fix it I flashed the rom again doing a full wipe that did not fix the issue. So i flashed it again with a full wipe this time in the setup after rom installation i unchecked restore my settings from google. That fixed my issue. Hope this helps.

actually this is the only workaround for now
don't mess with sound enhancer or don't install any music app such as poweramp

Thanks for the heads up.

I installed viper4android and not sure if that caused the issue.
