I'm not sure if that feature is implemented just yet. Although, if it is, it will be under ROM control -> Navigation Bar.

No. Its not. Rom control isn't available on CM. Isn't that A AOKP feature ? Anyways thanks.

You're right. Although, AOKP is based of CM so figured it would be around the same. My bad.

Like I said though, I'm not sure if it has made the beta just yet.

Or you could just build your own CM10.1 from the source code and cherry pick the Navigation Bar if you don't want to wait......
