[Q] voice mail help

So for some reason since i had to switch out my phone for a new one im not getting any voice mail notifications. I tried doing a full factory reset and powering down with no luck. Any one have any ideas what to try ?

Call your carrier. Voicemails aren't held on your phone. That's why you have to call to gather your voicemails. Just call VZW.
