[Q] Voodoo lagfix - "system is not available"

Hi,
I used latest voodoo lagfix on my phone (Galaxy S I9000).
Firmware - 2.2
Baseband Version - I9000JXJPD
Kernel Version - 2.6.32.9 cuiro at carton#Voodoo_stable_5.5
Build Number FROYO.JPJPF

Voodoo Lagfix for froyo stable (I'm new user so i can't post the website's link! sorry)

after copied file (renamed to update.zip) to sdcard and boot the phone with it, it says "Convert system partition, System is not available" twice.
I searched a lot for this and found nothing neither on google nor this forum.
testing with Quadrant Advanced it gives me 994 and i still have the lag.

what should i do for that message?
