[Q] Wallpaper scrolling effect

I just noticed my live wallpaper doesn't have that perpective scrolling effect anymore. It's it a rom setting? Nova isn't doing this effect either. Anyone know why?

Hmmmm... just try toggling the setting back and forth? That's pretty weird. Or back up your Nova home screen, reinstall it and restore it.

Nor the rom does it its an attribute of wallpaper

i think launcher just does the effect for the home pages animation, can't control the changing animation of wallpaper. If you want this, you must use 3rd app like " multipicture livewallpaper" app or something like that to get the effect.

No dude launcher controls only normal pics live wallpaper need to have this feature coz its a separate app

That's right, and the Phase Beam LWP which you are using does not have scrolling unlike some other LWPs like 'Nexus'.
